Kanban Board

The Kanban Board gives your team a clear view of everything happening in a project. Tasks are organised into workflow stages, making it easy to see what needs to be done, what is currently in progress, and what has been completed.

Simply drag and drop tasks between columns as work moves forward. Changes are reflected in real time, so everyone stays up to date without needing to refresh the page.

Organise Your Workflow

Every project can have a workflow that matches the way your team works. Start with common stages such as To Do, In Progress, and Done, or create your own.

From the board settings, you can:

• Add or remove columns
• Rename columns to match your workflow
• Reorder columns as your process changes
• Create stages such as In Review, Testing, Blocked, or Ready for Release

Understand Tasks at a Glance

Task cards are designed to show the most important information without requiring you to open every task.

Each card can display:

• Task title and priority indicator- Quickly understand what needs attention.
• Assignee avatar(s)- See who is responsible for the task.
• Due date, highlighted when overdue- Know when the task is expected to be completed, with overdue tasks clearly highlighted.
• Subtask completion progress- See how much of the task has already been completed.
• Comment count- Quickly identify tasks with ongoing discussions or updates.

Manage Multiple Tasks Faster

When working with a large number of tasks, you don't need to update them one by one.
Use Shift + Click to select multiple task cards and perform actions in bulk, such as moving tasks, changing assignees, or deleting tasks.

This is especially useful when reorganising a sprint, updating responsibilities, or moving a group of completed tasks.

Find Exactly What You Need

Projects can quickly become busy as more tasks are added. Use the filter bar at the top of the board to focus on the work that matters.

Filter tasks by:

• Assignee
• Priority
• Label
• Due date

Real-Time Team Updates

Task Checker keeps the Kanban Board synchronised in real time. When a teammate moves, updates, or changes a task, the change appears on your board automatically.

There is no need to refresh the page or ask teammates for updates. Everyone works from the same, up-to-date view of the project.
